("Be Human(e)", “R.H.E.A.”, "we", "us", or "our") subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms").

 

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you ("you" or "User") agree that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. We may amend these Terms at any time at our discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know by posting the amended Terms on the website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

R.H.E.A. brings a virtual AI-based companion to your fingertips designed for conversations about digital and emotional wellness. Available on web platforms, RHEA offers a blend of AI chatbot interactions and access to a selection of digital well-being tools and techniques. Whether you opt for a free chat or choose to subscribe for additional resources, you're taking a step towards managing your family’s digital health more effectively.

 

What Makes R.H.E.A. Special

R.H.E.A. transcends the conventional boundaries of chatbot, positioning itself as an essential early intervention toolkit dedicated to digital well-being. It provides evidence-based strategies meticulously designed to nurture you and your family within a self-guided framework. Although R.H.E.A. excels in dispensing general advice for digital wellness, it is fundamentally crafted with the understanding that it complements—but does not replace—professional psychotherapy, medical diagnoses, or the treatment of severe conditions. Thus, while R.H.E.A. stands as a valuable digital ally in fostering well-being, it is not intended to serve as a substitute for the specialized care of a professional.

 

What to Expect When Using R.H.E.A.

  1. AI Conversations. Engage with our AI chatbot, R.H.E.A., which is specifically designed to understand and assist you in managing digital wellness. Keep in mind that R.H.E.A. is an AI, not a human—its responses are pre-programmed for support, not for diagnosing or treating conditions. Since R.H.E.A. is based on AI technology, it's important to approach its responses with caution, understanding that AI might not always provide perfectly accurate information.

  2. For Families. Learn and apply context-sensitive techniques to help your family, especially children and teenagers, navigate the digital realm safely and healthily.

  3. Not for Crisis or Severe Conditions. R.H.E.A. is not suitable for emergency situations or addressing complex mental health conditions like suicide ideation or severe disorders. It is here for everyday support, not critical interventions.

 

Who Should Use R.H.E.A.

R.H.E.A. is tailored for individuals 18 years and above seeking guidance in navigating the complexities of parenthood and digital well-being.

We reserves the right to refuse access to the Service or terminate Your account if eligibility is not met, at its sole discretion. The Service is not available to any Users previously removed from the Service by R.H.E.A.

 

4. R.H.E.A. License Agreement

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, R.H.E.A. grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, and freely revocable license to access and use the R.H.E.A. Platform and Service (the "Service") strictly for your personal, non-commercial use, and only in a manner consistent with the features and restrictions of the Service. This license is granted by Be Human(e), Inc., the entity operating R.H.E.A., and is subject to your ongoing compliance with these terms.

 

By using R.H.E.A, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Your engagement with our services signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms. We're committed to supporting your digital well-being journey and encourage feedback and dialogue to help us improve our services.

  1. Immediate Help for Crisis Situations. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, planning to harm yourself or others, facing a medical or mental health emergency, or are in a situation of crisis, trauma, or abuse, please stop using this service immediately. Reach out for help by calling the emergency services number in your country or contact approved helplines immediately for support.

  2. Age Restrictions and Parental Guidance. Our services are designed for users above the age of 18. Minors under the age of 18 should review Be Human(e)'s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service with a parent or legal guardian to understand eligibility before using our services. Please note, Be Human(e) is not suitable for children under the age of 13. We rely on accurate representation of age by our users and do not assume responsibility for any misrepresentation.

  3. Interactions with AI-Based Support. Be Human(e) offers AI-based tools aimed at supporting digital well-being through evidence-based techniques. It is important to understand that interactions are with an AI system, not a human. Our AI support is designed to assist with emotional management and encouragement of mental well-being within a self-help context. It is not capable of diagnosing, treating, or curing any condition or disease and cannot provide advice on unrecognized issues.

  4. Scope of Be Human(e)'s Services. Be Human(e)'s platform is not a substitute for professional psychotherapy or any state-regulated mental health services. It is intended to offer support and empower users in managing their well-being, not to treat illnesses or health conditions.

  5. Limitations on Medical or Clinical Advice. Our AI support is not equipped to provide medical or clinical advice. In instances where users express a need for such guidance, we can guide them towards seeking professional medical assistance, but we cannot offer that level of advice or support ourselves.

  6. Applicability for General Mental Health Support. Be Human(e) is designed to provide general mental health advice and support. It is not equipped to offer specific advice for complex medical conditions. Users with medical conditions, including but not limited to those listed in the original notice, should consult with a healthcare professional before using our services.

  7. Privacy and Data Security. We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your conversations. Your data will be securely stored and processed on our servers, hosted by trusted cloud service providers. Be aware that, to provide our services, we may handle data in regions where data protection laws might differ from those in your country, always in alignment with our Privacy Policy. 5. Registration and Access

At Be Human(e), we're dedicated to providing a personalized and secure experience. While account creation is not currently mandatory to access certain features, we've streamlined the process for when you're ready to dive deeper into our resources and services. Should we decide to require accounts for specific services in the future, here are the key points you'll need to know:

This process is straightforward and secure, primarily requiring a valid email address to get started. Your account not only grants you access to exclusive services and functionality but also allows for a tailored experience, evolving as we introduce new features.

  2. Accuracy is Key. When setting up your account, it's crucial to provide information that is accurate and complete. Should we discover or suspect that the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, potentially limiting your access to our services. Additionally, if there are any suspicions regarding the accuracy of your account information, we hold the right to request verification documents to confirm the authenticity of the provided details.

  3. Security and Responsibility. You are the sole guardian of your account. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password is vital. We advocate for the creation of "strong" passwords (a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) to enhance security. Should you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or breach of security, immediate notification is essential. While Be Human(e) is dedicated to safeguarding your account, we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

  4. Your Account, Your Control. The power to customize your account settings is in your hands, allowing you to control how you interact with our services. Your user profile helps us send you relevant service-related emails, ensuring you stay informed about updates, changes, or legal notices, using email as our primary communication channel instead of traditional mail.

  5. Respect for Privacy. Be Human(e) takes your privacy seriously. Learn more about it on our Privacy Policy. The use of another user's account without permission is strictly prohibited. Our goal is to ensure a safe, respectful environment for all users, fostering a community where digital well-being is paramount. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

 

6. Using Our Services

  1. Permissible Use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

  2. Prohibited Activities. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

    1. Distributing harmful or inappropriate content.

    2. Engaging in behavior that infringes on the rights of others.

    3. Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the operation of our Services.

    4. Using our content or services for commercial purposes without our express consent.

 

7. Be Human(e)'s Application of Generative AI Technology

At Be Human(e), we incorporate third-party Generative AI technology to craft static, high-quality content scripts. These scripts are integral to offering a high-performing, secure, and enhanced user experience through our AI-driven Services. To ensure the highest standards of safety and quality, all generated content undergoes stringent review processes. This includes passing through our internal safety and quality checkpoints before being approved for use. Furthermore, every piece of generated content is meticulously checked for copyright and plagiarism issues. It also undergoes for validation with experts involved in the process, ensuring the content’s safety, privacy, quality, and efficacy. Only after passing these rigorous checks is the content released within our App.

 

Transparency is key to our operations. Therefore, we will clearly inform you whenever generative AI-based features are utilized within our Platform. Additionally, where necessary, we will provide supplementary Terms of Use and Privacy Notices to keep you fully informed about the processing of data through generative AI technologies.

8. Service Provision

Be Human(e) offers its services "as is" and "as available," aiming to support your journey towards digital well-being. We strive to provide valuable tools and resources, but please note that the use of our services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Be Human(e) makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the service's merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of rights. While we seek to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee its completeness or reliability. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Be Human(e) will create any warranty not explicitly stated in this agreement.

 

9. Content and Intellectual Property

  1. User Contributions. You may provide content or information to our Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to use, modify, and share it as part of our Services.

  2. Ownership and Rights. Be Human(e) and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in the Services and all related intellectual property rights. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Be Human(e) and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss or system damage from downloading content through our service. We assume no liability for unauthorized access to your account or personal data and encourage you to maintain strong security practices.

11. Jurisdiction and Compliance

Our service is operated from various global locations and is intended to comply with local laws where they apply. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our service complies with local laws, including export and import regulations. Be Human(e) does not offer services in locations where they are prohibited by law.

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

  1. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, the USA.

  2. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Be Human(e) regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
